Easy Qi
According to tradition Chinese health theory, the Liver opens into the eye and controls vision. The Liver is a complex organ system. Its functions include not only those of the liver as we know it physiologically in the West, but also includes a number of other organic structures and functions that might seem unrelated at first glance, but are in fact closely related functionally – such as the control of the peripheral nervous system and, in particular, our vision. The eyes are a part of the peripheral nervous system, and are therefore controlled by the Liver. Both visual acuity and the condition of the eye itself are under the influence of the Liver.
Easy Qi is a relaxing yet energizing blend of ten superior herbs designed to relax, and thus enhance the free flow of energy, especially through the muscles of the back, shoulders and neck. The Herbs in Easy Qi
The formula is based upon three great herbs, Bupleurum, Cinnamon twig and Pueraria, all of which are renowned in the Orient for their anti stress actions. Bupleurum is the lead herb. It helps to disperse Liver tension and nervous tension. Bupleurum is known for its energy harmonizing actions. Cinnamon twig is famous for its circulation enhancing action and for its ability to relax the tension of the upper body. Pueraria is extremely highly regarded for its ability to relax the neck and shoulders and for its ability to regulate the capillary actions and sinus activity in the head and face. It also contains the Licorice root-White Peony root combination that is famous as a muscle relaxer and anti-spasmodic. Uncaria is a very effective herb at relieving neck, jaw and shoulder tension.
Easy Qi is the premium example of a Bupleurum-based harmonizing formulation. It is also an excellent digestive tonic and a general anti-stress formulation.
